I like the fact for at least the time being there is no charge for programming like there is with CBS app. I down loaded this app to watch the Voice but I have come to watch additional shows. Great app no issues on my end

Great place to catch up on shows that you missed

This is one of the best apps. Doesnt cut off. Picture clear. Whomever did this software did excellent!

Overall this is a great app. My only complaint is the sound. When the app first opens the NBC tune is super loud. Scares me every time and hurts my ears. Also, the commercials are a lot louder than the shows I watch. Its annoying to have to keep playing with the volume.

The live streaming on this app is very unreliable. For example, every time I want to play the live stream over cellular… “Error: We are sorry an error occurred playing the video, and we are working hard to fix it.” Via Wi-Fi, no problem it will stream perfectly. ✅Unlimited 4G Data. ✅Sign-In To My TV Service Provider.

Excellent app! Does what a TV viewing app should do, and makes it easy!

(For this story, its important to note that I am pretty tech-savvy.) The app said I needed to change my settings to use 4G or connect to wifi to play a playback video. I changed the settings to allow 4G. When I went back to play my show, the pop-up happened again. I checked if I had missed something and made sure that every possible playback setting allowed 4G, that the specific app setting was changed, and even set music to transmit over 4G. I went back to watch the show and STILL had the same pop up. Possibly a pop-up virus. Either way, Im so annoyed.

They always have my favorite shows and they always have the latest episodes ready for me to watch. Keep it up NBC!

The captions seem to have dropped off from the shows. I appreciate that the recent update to the app now follows the settings I have for captions but this weeks Chicago triology are not presenting captions. Also, I wish there was a 10-sec rewind button. The show does not pick up exactly where it left off for the ads.

I live in Austin and this app doesnt give live feed. Only replay.

Originally this app started out almost perfect and I was able to watch previous seasons, then all of a sudden I could only watch the current season. Other than that hiccup, I love it.

Im not crazy about most of the shows but the app does work ( with lots of commercials). Atleast they are not trying to force more money from you after youve already paid xfinity.

I travel a lot and can always catch up on my favorite shows!!

And FREE!! Not like that stupid cbs app. This one is easy to use and no bs.

If it would remember your log-in info, instead of logging in everytime.

Just got the app & watched an episode of one of my favorite series. App downloaded quickly & has had no problems. That does not always happen. Love it!!

Perfect app, no need for wifi to catch a missed show on the GO!!
