Cant even watch episodes of TV shows

Consistently getting an error when trying to watch an episode of a TV show. Ive tried on different days and restarted my phone and contacted NBC support about the issue and I still cant watch it. Which is the one thing I wanted to use the app for. Also, the search function doesnt work. I type in the name of my TV show and it just shows me a bunch of other shows.
